Error: An item with the same key has already been added

Users may receive this error when running an Export process:

Error: An item with the same key has already been added
This error can be caused from duplicate fields existing in your Export definition.  To correct the error open the Export definition linked to your Export process and edit it to remove any duplicate fields.

Hint: You can tell if fields are duplicates if they have a number value next to their name such as "Revenue 2"
