When configuring a recurring delivery, there are two options.
  • The first option sends the same message over and over again. Because the product will never send the same message to the constituent record more than once, this allows you to configure a recurring email that never gets sent to the same constituent record twice. This is useful for things like welcome series messages where you would not want to send a welcome message to the same constituent record twice
  • The second option sends a copy of the message each time. This allows you to configure a recurring message that is sent to the same audience every time. This is useful for things like a daily motivational where you would want to send to the same audience every time.
Most likely the message you described is the first type and you need it to be the second type. To change the send from the first type to the second you must cancel
  1. Find and Manage the email campaign where the recurring message resides.
  2. Go to the Deliveries tab and the Recurring Delivery List subtab.
  3. Find and Cancel the desired recurring message.
  4. Click on Cancel the Delivery.
  5. Click on Setup a Recurring Delivery on the left.
  6. Click Setup next to the desired message.
  7. Configure the on screen options as desired including checking the Send a Copy check box.
  8. Follow the on screen prompts to continue finishing the recurring send.
