If a user is logged into one mobile application and attempts to log into another, they may receive a "User '[username]' is already logged in on machine '[machine name]'" error message on their mobile device. This happens due to security restrictions, as one user can only be logged into one application at a time, and this includes the Raiser's Edge application.
For security reasons, a user can only be logged into one application at a time using the same Raiser's Edge-based user name and password.
If a user is trying to log into different mobile applications, ensure that he has closed / logged out of the one. Then attempt to log into the other.
If a user is also using the full Raiser's Edge database, please be sure to Exit and Sign Out before logging into the mobile application. Refer to Knowledgebase solution BB734823 for additional information.
