With RE:Search, users can track prospects in the Raiser's Edge database. In tracking, a user can assign one Prospect Classification, which identifies the type of prospect such as planned giving prospect, capital campaign prospect, etc. and/or one Prospect Status, which identifies the status of the prospect such as active, pending, rejected, etc. When a user adds either Prospect Classification or Prospect Status to the output of a query, the results may contain the actual value from the constituent's Prospect Classification and Status field and an additional row for that same constituent where the value is blank.
