When using the local disk mapping feature in Blackbaud Hosting Services, you may wish to save a file to a network location such as a mapped network drive. This feature is disabled by default for all organizations, and must be requested by a user at the organization before it can be enabled.
This feature is available in the Boston, Orange County, Vancouver, Sydney and EU (Amsterdam) datacenters.
Click Chat with Support and provide your Blackbaud Support Analyst with this article number if you use one of those data centers and would like the application to have access to your mapped drives.
If attempting to save to a virtual drive that syncs to a cloud based application, like OneDrive, DropBox, GoogleDrive, this may work, but Blackbaud does not test or support this configuration. Saving to a network drive will need to be a physical drive.
