When using the local disk mapping feature in Blackbaud Hosting Services, you may wish to save a file to a network location such as a mapped network drive. This feature is disabled by default for all organizations, and must be requested by a user at the organization before it can be enabled.
To request that network drive access be enabled for your organization, click Chat with Support and provide your Blackbaud Support Analyst with this article number.
Note: If attempting to save to a virtual drive that syncs to a cloud based application, like OneDrive, DropBox, GoogleDrive, this may work, but Blackbaud does not test or support this configuration. Saving to a network drive will need to be a physical drive.
