Runtime error when clicking password reset email link from a Form Display part

When clicking the password reset link in an email that was generated using the "forgotten password" feature in a Form Display part, some users may experience a runtime error.

The internal details of the runtime error are as follows:

This issue has been resolved in the latest version of Blackbaud NetCommunity. Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
