- If you only need to change the accounts used in the invoice distribution and/or the GL distribution amounts, create an invoice adjustment.
- If only changes such as invoice date, due date, description, etc. need to be made to the invoice, simply open the invoice record and make the appropriate changes.
- If the Post date needs to be edited, either a Manual Journal Entry is required, or the Invoice needs to be deleted and recreated.
- If you would like to delete the invoice, follow steps 1-4:
