On an individual donation: 
  1. Go to Sales > Order Search.
  2. Search for the online order and open it.
  3. Go to the Documentation tab.
  4. The note is listed here.
To see all online order comments:
  1. Go to Analysis > Information Library.  Click Add an ad-hoc query.
  2. Select the Source View of Sales Order.  Click Ok.
  3. In the middle of the screen, select Sales Method type.  Drag this to Include Records Where.
  4. Set the criteria equal to Online Sales.
  5. On the left, select Notes.
  6. In the middle, select notes and drag this to Include Records Where.
  7. Set the criteria to not blank.
  8. Output any information you want to see about the order to Results Fields to Display (for example, move notes from the middle to Results Fields to Display).
  9. Go to the Set Save Options tab, name the query, click Save.
  10. Process the results of the query.
