1. In Admissions Office or Registrar's Office, create a new Person query.
2. On the Criteria tab, expand Person and select Record type equals Student.
3. Add the any necessary fields on the Output and Sort tabs.
4. Run the query.

To identify Applicant records that do not have a Student view, repeat the steps above replacing Student with Applicant in step 2.
