Constituent Recurring Gift Missed Installment Counts Smart Field includes installments not considered past due

There are many scenarios in which a constituent may need to cancel their Recurring Gift/Sponsorship Recurring Gift. When they do so, the system understandably changes the “past due” amount reflected on the gift to $0, and removes the “next transaction due” date as nothing should be considered overdue or due if the Recurring Gift / Sponsorship Recurring Gift itself is no longer active. While this reflects accurately on the gift record itself in past due field, the update is not considered in the Constituent Recurring Gift Missed Instalment Counts Smart Field, which still considered this installment as missed.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
