Attempt to view the website outside of your current network. For example, view the webpage on your mobile device using mobile data.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can click "Fix connection problems" to run a diagnostic test. If after running the diagnostic test a message displays saying: "Contact your network administrator or Internet Service Provider. The DNS server may be experiencing problems. Windows Help and Support can provide more information about DNS," you will need to work with your IT department to troubleshoot further.
