The current user does not have rights to use this feature in the context of this specific record

When running an import process, and importing a constituent which the system can match to a duplicate record in CRM, when the non-admin user clicks on the “this may be a duplicate message”, they are able to choose to add the record as new or update the existing, yet after following all the prompts and clicking save, they receive the error message “the current user does not have rights to use this feature in the context of this specific record.” When you click ok, the message closes and you are allowed to commit the batch. However, any new or updated information which you chose to “add to the existing” record (such as a new phone number, email, alias, etc) is not actually saved to the record.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
