When I try to perform a constituent import operation, for some records I get the error "Matched a removed/inactive record (Convio Constituent ID=XXXX). Record rejected." What does this mean and how do I fix it?
This error means that the constituent you are trying to either add or update matches an inactive record in Luminate. Inactive records are ones that have been removed by an admin at your organization, this is not something a constituent can do and is different from opting out of email. You cannot add a new record that matches an inactive record, and instead must re-activate the removed record.
