1. In Administration>select Set Up System Security
2. Open the Security Group the user is a member of (or create a new security group for the user if the other users in the group should not have rights to view Individuals)
3. Highlight and mark the checkbox for Registrar's Office under System Components
4. Highlight and mark the checkbox for Records under Registrar's Office Privileges
5. With Records highlighted, click the Options button above Registrar's Office Privileges
6. Highlight and mark the checkbox for Individuals under Record Types
7. Mark the view Checkbox for the information the user should be able to view
8. Save and close the Security group
9. Have the user exit and sign out of The Education Edge to ensure the changes take effect
