When viewing a participant page, the gift amount does not match the amount listed on the constituent's Raiser's Edge record under the NetCommunity tab. For example, the Raiser's Edge record reflects a gift of $500, but the participant page in NetCommunity shows a gift of $300.
This can occur when the gift is entered as on offline donation. The amount may have been entered incorrectly within the gift record. To verify:
1. Log into Raiser's Edge 2. Select Records > Gifts 3. Search for the gift record , entering in the name of the person who donated to the participant 4. Click on the "Solicitors" button - verify that the Amount listed matches the total amount of the gift 5. If it does not match - click in the Amount text box to update the dollar amount. 6. Click OK, and Save and Close the record 7. Sync the fundraiser manually on the NetCommunity side to update the page
