Luminate Online Integration stops working when Mobile Services for The Raiser's Edge Event Management app is installed

Organizations that subscribe to Luminate Online can use a Raiser's Edge plug in that enables integration between Luminate Online and The Raiser's Edge.  Users may also wish to use the Mobile Events Management app for The Raiser's Edge so they can manage events on a mobile device.  Whenever the Blackbaud Mobile Services that enabled Mobile Events Management is installed on the same machine as Blackbaud Web Services for the Raiser's Edge/Luminate Online integration, the integration between The Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online stops working.

This issue was resolved in version 1.3.3 of The Raiser's Edge and Luminate Online integration plug in and web services. Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 

Note: Blackbaud Web Services must be installed in only one location and on a workstation that has internet connectivity around the clock. If the workstation where web services is installed is taken offline or rebooted please restart the service
