When updating an existing e-mail address in a constituent update batch, a user is able to unmark the address as primary and commit successfully.

When updating an existing e-mail address using a constituent update batch, a user is able to unmark the address as primary and commit successfully.   This should not be possible.  A constituent is required to have a Primary e-mail address if they have an e-mail address at all. 

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
