Status filtering on the Registrations tab of the Event with multiple invitations returns different results

A constituent can receive more than one invitation to the same event.  If this occurs, and the invitee has a different status for each invitation (e.g. Declined, No Reply), this causes the Status filtering on the Registrations tab of the Event to return different results.  If no filter is selected, it returns only the "Declined" registration.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
