Participants receive "The gift could not be processed. Please verify that all values are correct and try again." error when trying to submit an Offline gift in the Participant Center even though all required values are present.
This issue has been determined to be caused by bug 68084.  Luminate Engineering is investigating a permanent fix for this issue and have found a workaround for affected clients to implement until the bug can be fully resolved.  If you are affected by this bug you can do the following:
  1. In Luminate Online go to Fundraising > TeamRaiser
  2. Find the TeamRaiser event showing the error and click Edit under the Action Column
  3. Go to Step 3. Event Options and then under Related Actions click the Edit Advanced Options
  4. Go to b. Define Event Options
  5. Uncheck the box under #10 Donor Addresses Displayed in Address Book and Save
You should now be able to submit offline transactions in PC2 for that event.  You would have to update this setting for each event having this problem.
