This error is populated in our Common Ground sync error file. How do I correct.
This error is due to the id that at one point was connected between Common Ground and Luminate Online has been deleted/removed. To correct you will need to clear the relevant id mentioned in the error code from the constituent record. Once you save the change it will allow the record to move to Common Ground normally. This will typically create a duplicate record which will need to be merged once it syncs.
