Unable to edit Name and Description fields when uploading or editing class documents in FAWeb using Chrome or Safari

 When a teacher is logged into FAWeb on Chrome or Safari, they are unable to add a class document. The name and description fields are grayed out.
Run the following command on the FAWeb web server:

If using a 32-bit server operating system:
  1. If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled  start Command prompt as an Administrator.  If User Account Control (UAC) is not enabled, then start a Command prompt.
  2. In the Command prompt, type C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regbrowsers.exe /i and hit Enter.
If using a 64-bit server operating system:
  1. If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled start Command prompt as an Administrator.  If User Account Control (UAC) is not enabled, then start a Command prompt.
  2. In the Command prompt, type C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regbrowsers.exe /i and hit Enter.
