Segments refresh process does not process successfully when started by job scheduler

Client has a queue that consists of one step. That one step is the “Refresh All Segments” business process.

This business process is working fine when kicked off manually, but every time it is kicked off via the job schedule, it fails with error: "Completed with exceptions"

If you ‘View refresh status’ you will see the following error message: ‘An error occurred trying to simulate the 'Segment Refresh Process' business process. Invalid filter value specified for field 'Start date'.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
