When trying to delete or remove admin status from a Administrator record in Luminate Online, the following error is received:
You cannot delete this administrative account or change its status - it is required for synchronizing data between Luminate Online and CRM.
Because of the way that Luminate Online is Integrated with Luminate CRM, it is not possible to delete Administrator records. What you will need to do to eliminate access to that Account is remove the record from all Administrator Groups. How can I remove an Admin from a particular Administrative Group? This will remove all Administrator permissions from that Account, however you won't be able to completely delete the admin record.
