When a Constituent's address is updated in Luminate Online, the sync updates the Contact record in Luminate CRM, but it does not update the Account Address. Is there a way to have it automatically update the Account Address.
There is not a way to automatically update the account record in Luminate CRM whenever it is updated in Luminate Online.
There is, however, a Copy Address button on the Contact record in Luminate CRM that, when clicked, will copy the address from the Contact to the Account. That button also exists on the Account record, which will allow you to copy the address from the Account to Contact.
