A Donations by Transaction report allows you to filter by donation campaign and donation form as well as other options. To report on Personal Fundraising, you would filter by the donation campaign affiliated with the personal fundraising campaign.
  1. Select Fundraising > Donation Management
  2. Select Donation Reports (tab)
  3. Select Donations by Transaction from the drop down list and click Go
  4. Click Next
  5. On Step 2, mark "Specific donation campaigns selected here"
  6. Select the campaign associated with your Personal Fundraising campaign
  7. Click Add, and  then click next
  8. On the next step choose all available donation forms, or specific forms you would like to report on
  9. Steps 4-9 will continue the same format for filtering your results by  payment type, source, gift, premium, group, date and membership.
  10. Review the filters you have chosen; click Submit Report button when you are satisfied with your choices.
