When editing day attendance for a student, the run time error appears after saving the newly entered day attendance for the student.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Check for duplicate course requests in Scheduling>Enter course requests by student. If a duplicate request exists, use the following steps: 1. Highlight the row. 2. Right click the row. 3. Choose Delete. 4. Try entering attendance again.
Check the student's record to see if attendance already exists for that day 1. Go to Records > Student 2. Open the Student receiving the error 3. Go to the attendance tab
If attendance already exists and shows correctly. Go to Attendance > Enter Attendance by Student and delete the incorrect entry for the student. Save this before entering the correct entry.
