How to add a new option to marketing survey

​Is there a way to track at the point of sales how a customer heard about our institution? When a visitor is on site and buys a ticket to our museum, is there a way to keep a record of how people are hearing about us?

In Daily Sales, marketing surveys, like questionnaires, can be used to get information from visitors.  This can be things like how did they hear about the organization, what area they are from, how many children are in the party, etc.  Sometimes, you need to add a new answer to the marketing survey.
1. Go to Tickets > Configure Daily Sales Page.
2. Click on Marketing Surveys under Configuration in the top left.
3. Click on the User-defined survey question.  Click Edit.
4. In the last blank row, type a new answer and mark the box to make it active.  
5. Click Save.
