When a Receipt process is run in CRM, users have the option to download the output to CSV, XML, or XLXS format. However, when using the Web Shell application in Google Chrome, results do not download, and nothing happens when a user selects the download option.
This occurs specifically when a comma is included in the name of the receipt process.
The problem does not occur when using other browsers.
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
Workaround: Use a browser other than Chrome OR remove any commas from the name of the receipt process.
