Complete the following steps in the order listed below to resolve your issue:
  1. Close the Blackbaud Management Console
  2. Open Registry Editor
  3. Navigate to:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Blackbaud\BMC_NET\General (if using 64-bit operating system)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\BMC_NET\General (if using 32-bit operating system)
  4. If the string value called "FEName" is not present, then manually create this string value and set the value to 1
  5. Open the Blackbaud Management Console
