To Resolve this issue in a Report it can be done in one of two ways:
  1. Remove any large URL from the note field of the journal entry causing the issue.
  2. Run the report to Excel instead of a PDF.  You can export the file to a PDF format from within Excel that can help with the formatting.
To Resolve this issue in a Communication Template: 
  1.   Find and Remove the large URL from the communication template.
  2.   Re-run the Preview, check to make sure the PDF comes out
