Appeals added in Blackbaud CRM do not show up in the Appeal search list in Blackbaud Internet Solutions

When creating email messages in BBIS, a user can link an Appeal to the email. When searching for an Appeal that exists in Blackbaud CRM, they do not show up in the Appeal search list in Blackbaud Internet Solutions.

This occurs when there are outdated mapping values in the BBNCAPPEALIDMAP table.  

1. Go to Web > Manage Web Transactions 
2. Click the "Update ID Mappings" configuration task
