Error: Data could not be saved. Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" when trying to Clear Results on a Receipt process"

When attempting to Clear Results for a Receipt process, a user may receive Error:  "Data could not be saved.  Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding".

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
