RE7 Query displays: Method not found: Int32 Blackbaud.PIA.RE7.BBInterfaces.IBBQueryServer.NewGivingScoreQuery(Blackbaud.PIA.RE7.BBInterfaces.ETopViewFilter_ModelingRecord, System.Object, Boolean) - When viewing the test config

On the test config page under the RE7 Query section, the following error is displayed:

Method not found: 'Int32 Blackbaud.PIA.RE7.BBInterfaces.IBBQueryServer.NewGivingScoreQuery(Blackbaud.PIA.RE7.BBInterfaces.ETopViewFilter_ModelingRecord, System.Object, Boolean)'
Steps to resolve:
  1.  Go to the web server that contains the RE7 Web Service
  2. Navigate to Program Files\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge WebService
  3. Locate the web.config file and open the file in Notepad
  4. Locate the <add key="RE7ServiceUsers" ...> tag in the file
  5. Confirm the value is set to the correct Username/Password
If the error is still occuring or if you receive a runtime error when accessing Administration -> Sites and Settings. Run the patch/base installer and select the Repair/Modify option. This will assist in re-registering the necessary files with the correct RE7ServiceUsers value.

Steps to Duplicate

This error may be displayed after the RE7ServiceUsers password was recently changed when upgrading/updating the RE7 Web Service.

Once this was changed after updating the Web Service, the RE7WS failed on the test configuration page.

Additionally, even after changing the RE7ServiceUsers password, this would present a runtime error when accessing Administration -> Sites and Settings in NetCommunity.
