For all Blackbaud MobilePay users: 

  1. Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
  2. Navigate to Account Management > General Settings
  3. Click Edit email acknowledgement settings
  4. Update the Default subject field
  5. Mark the checkbox for "Always use default subjects" so this default is set for all devices with MobilePay installed
  6. Click Save
Per Device:
  1. On a mobile device, log in to Blackbaud MobilePay
  2. From the upper left hand corner, select the menu button (three horizontal lines)
  3. Select Settings
  4. From Acknowledgement subject lines, enter an updated Payment or Refunds subject line
  5. Tap the menu and click Payment to save changes
Note: The "Always use default subjects" checkbox, located in the BBMS Web Portal under Email acknowledgement settings, will overwrite the subject line that is selected on each device.
