For all Blackbaud MobilePay users: 

  1. Log into your BBMS Web Portal.
  2. Navigate to Email acknowledgement settings, located under Account Management.
  3. Click the Edit email acknowledgement settings button.
  4. Update the Default Receipt Subject. 
  5. Mark the checkbox for ‘Always use default receipt subject’ so that this default is set for all devices with MobilePay installed.
  6. Click Save.
 
Per Device:
 
  1. On your mobile device, log into Blackbaud MobilePay.
  2. From the upper left hand corner, select the settings button (black button with three horizontal lines).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. From Acknowledgement subject lines, enter an updated Payment or Refunds subject line.
  5. Tap the menu and click Payment to save changes
 
Note: The ‘Always use default receipt subject’ checkbox, located in the BBMS Web Portal under Email acknowledgement settings, will overwrite the subject line that is selected on each device.
