For all Blackbaud MobilePay users:
- Log in to the BBMS Web Portal
- Navigate to Account Management > General Settings
- Click Edit email acknowledgement settings
- Update the Default subject field
- Mark the checkbox for "Always use default subjects" so this default is set for all devices with MobilePay installed
- Click Save
Per Device:
- On a mobile device, log in to Blackbaud MobilePay
- From the upper left hand corner, select the menu button (three horizontal lines)
- Select Settings
- From Acknowledgement subject lines, enter an updated Payment or Refunds subject line
- Tap the menu and click Payment to save changes
Note: The "Always use default subjects" checkbox, located in the BBMS Web Portal under Email acknowledgement settings, will overwrite the subject line that is selected on each device.
