On top of the standard persona types available in every database (ex: Personal, Business, etc...), additional persona types can be created for other types of addresses that may need to be tracked. For example, if several constituents have a vacation home that they stay at several months of the year, a persona type of Seasonal or Vacation can be created and then a second persona can be added to the account, so that both the main and seasonal address can be tracked.
1. Click on the arrow next to Management 2. Click System Defined Fields 3. Click Persona Types 4. Fill in the new persona type in the Name field (ex: Seasonal) 5. Click Add Value 6. Click Save And Finish
