Some constituents may have more than one address to track, in which case an additional persona can be added to the account where the new address can be entered. For example, an account may already have a Personal persona where the home address of the individual is recorded. A second Business persona could then also be added to the account in order to track the address information of that constituent's place of work.
1. Type in the name of the constituent in the quick search bar at the top of the screen 2. Open the constituent's account 3. Click the blue Personas link in the account header 4. Select the new persona type to add to the account in the drop down menu next to Persona at the top of the page (ex: Business) 5. Fill in the address information for this additional persona 6. Click Save And under Tasks
The account will now have an additional persona recorded.
