Blackbaud has identified and tested a solution to this issue. An update to Online Express was required to resolve this issue for all customers.

The Online Express update took place on Thursday, December 26th at 10pm ET. Donation forms may have been unavailable for a few brief moments while this update took place.

NOTE: You do not have to run the Auto Update feature for this change. Only new transactions after the update will have the email address issue corrected. Blackbaud can provide missing email address data to you from December 17 to December 26 upon request.
