Error: 'The current request has timed out' when working in ClickOnce and using Zip code lookup within a constituent batch

When working in ClickOnce and attempting to use Zip code lookup within a constituent batch a user may receive Error:  'The current request has timed out' .
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Workaround:  Use WebShell
