CRM users may notice that inactive marketing segment categories appear on the White Mail Segment screen and in the Category drop down menu. When working in the CRM Smart Client application there isn’t an option to exclude the inactive categories. When working in WebShell, users have the option to exclude categories with an inactive status.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
Workaround: There is a Status filter available on the White Mail Segments screen when working in WebShell. This filter allows users to filter out inactive entries. Consider using WebShell instead of Smart Client
