1. Hover over Control > Administration > Organization Setup > Manage Users
  2. Click your username
  3. Click the Functional Access tab
  4. Make the necessary changes to the Expiration Date
  5. Click Save

 

For security purposes, Support cannot make a login active again without formal permission from another Sphere administrator or the organization’s CEO and/or Executive Director. The following are steps on how an admin would change the user's expiration date
