When I go to enter an offline gift for a constituent, I'm not seeing the donation form I want to use as an option. How do I make the form I want to use appear as an option?
You are most likely not seeing the donation form you want to use as an option because it is not configured to be used for offline donations. Locate the form in Fundraising > Donation Management and check to see if it says "online only" next to the form. If so, refer to solution BB735875 for details regarding how to change this form to accept offline donations.
