Performance: Error – The list could not be loaded. The operation has timed out – received when loading volunteer timesheets.

CRM administrative users may receive a timeout error when attempting to load volunteer timesheets. This issue only occurs when impersonating another application user using the ‘run as’ feature. When logged into CRM directly as an administrative user, this issue does not occur. When logged into CRM directly as the non-administrative user being impersonated, this issue does not occur.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Workaround:
This issue only occurs when an administrative user attempts to impersonate another user. This issue does not affect user that are logged into CRM as themselves.
