To report on Credits/Debits that have been applied to the Participants

  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Find your event
  3. Hover over the event name and select Reports
  4. Select People:All Donors from the dropdown
  5. click Run Report
  6. Choose your date range
  7. Under Customize Report, from the dropdowns, select Credit or Debit | Not Equal | leave the last space blank
  8. Click Next
  9. Put a check by Credit or Debit and Credit Debit Item and choose any other fields you want displayed
  10. Click Finish
  11. Mark the radio button "No - Run the report immediately and wait for it to complete."
  12. Click Run Report
Additional Note:

On the Supporters (Participant) Contact record the amount will be listed as an INKIND Donation

Under the event Bookkeeping in  Manage Initiative Records, the donations "Payment Type" will be listed as "INKIND".

When searching for the donor record in the event,  the supporter will be listed as the Donor and the amount will also show the supporter as the "Participant Credited"
