The NetCommunity site cannot connect to The Education Edge database. There are two possibilities that could be causing this issue.


The EE database number is incorrect on the NetCommunity site:
  1. Get the INI number for the EE database. Installations Support can help find the INI number for the EE database.
  2. Log in the NetCommunity site as a supervisor
  3. Click AdministrationSites and Settings
  4. Click on the Education tab
  5. Enter the INI database number in the Database Number field in the Education Settings section
  6. Click Save

The Custom Service URL is incorrect in the NetCommunity site: 
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity site as a supervisor
  2. Click Administration > Sites and Settings
  3. Click on the Web Services tab
  4. Copy the Custom Service URL into a browser. Verify that the URL will display information. If not, change the URL to http or https
  5. Click Save
