1. Log into www.blackbaud.com http://www.blackbaud.com with a Site Administrator or Primary Contact Account.
  2. From the upper right hand corner, click on your name next to Welcome:
  3. This will take you to a page that reads ‘Welcome Back, Tessa’. From the left navigation bar, select Reset BBPS Password, located under the green header which reads Organization.
  4.  Click the Reset Password button. 
  5. This will send an email to your email address. Please note that it typically takes a minute or two to receive this email. When you receive the email, click on the first link.
  6. This will direct you to a page to enter your updated password and confirm. Please note that the password must meet the following requirements
    1. Must be at least 12 characters long
    2. Must contain at least one upper case letter
    3. Must contain at least one lower case letter
    4. Must contain at least one number
    5. Must contain at least one special character (!,@,$, etc.)
  7. Submit your new password and update this password in your software.
