To edit the Date Received/Received Date field:

  1. Go to Contacts> Individuals or Contacts> Organizations
  2. Search for the Contact Record
  3. Manage the desired record
  4. Click the Financial Tab > Click Transactions Tab
  5. Hover over the desired transaction ID and and click Manage
  6. Click Edit and select Adjust
  7. Change the Received Date (which will change the Date Received as listed in the system)
  8. Add the required Edit Notes
  9. Click Save
