This can happen for a number of reasons including:
  • The gift may be too new. When a gift is created, it is not always immediately added to the various status indicators. It should not take more than a few hours to show up on the status indicators.
  • If the gift was made by a TeamRaiser participant, the participant may have selected to be Anonymous during registration. 
  • The gift may be on the honor roll but with a different recognition or contact name
  • There may be too many other gifts on the honor roll. There is a site maximum number of gifts that are allowed on the honor roll. Each different kind of honor roll has it's own max (top donors honor roll, top team members list, top teams list, etc.). Support can update maximums across all participants/TeamRaiser events if it is not already set to the maximum allowed. Support can not increase higher than the maximum allowed.
