An import process can be used to create a batch in CRM based on information in a .csv import file. CRM users may notice that the batch commit process times out when attempting to commit a large batch created by the import process.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. Alternative Solutions:
1.Try splitting the file into several smaller files, which would result in a smaller number of records in any given batch.
2.If possible schedule the batch commit process to run when there aren’t any users logged into the database, or other business process scheduled to run.
