When using the Search feature in the Raiser's Edge Mobile app, users are unable to locate inactive constituent records. This happens on multiple devices for multiple user accounts. Active Constituent records are searchable in the Raiser's Edge Mobile App.
1. Login to The Raisers Edge 7 on your workstation and ensure the Constituent Record exists. 2. On the Bio 1 tab of the Constituent Record, uncheck 'This constituent Is inactive'
Inactive Constituents are still accessible from the output of a Query on the RE Mobile App.
