In a Registration or Multiple Registration form, a Sphere user may want to know who are the primary and secondary registrants within the form. The All Contacts report will display all contacts (primary and secondary) within the form. The below steps outline the solution.
1. Hover over Control > Reports> People> All Contacts Report 2. Choose the date range 3. Click Next 4. Select Choose individual initiatives 5. Click Next 6. In the pop-up box, search and select your form’s name 7. Click Add 8. Click Next 9. Add the necessary fields 10. Click Finish 11. Click No, run report immediately 12. Click Run Report
